FPCH Admin AWS Posted March 25, 2013 FPCH Admin Posted March 25, 2013 hello, on my asus vivotab rt i can't install kb2760339 as I continue to receive error 80070003 (i think i've got 20+ error related to this update in my update history)...i've googl...err...binged on this issue and every article i found on this kind of issue suggests to erease the temporary update data (eg: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Windows-Update-error-80070003 ) . I'm reclutant to do this as these articles usually refer to older version of Windows (or x86 editions) : is it safe to use this procedure also on win RT? i know that by ereasing my temporary update datas i'll also lose update history but i can deal with it (after all all that i'm interested in is that my vivotab is updated and i don't mind if i lose memory of when i did an update)...any suggestion? just to make the picture clearer each and every other update in the end went fine (both prior and after the publication of kb2760339) even if at times i already got the same error (80070003) with other updates (sometimes even multiple times but usually by the third/fourth attempt at worst everything went well... with this kb2760339 i'm in the 20th+ attempt with no luck so far) help me please :( View this thread Quote Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest
