FPCH Admin AWS Posted March 25, 2013 FPCH Admin Posted March 25, 2013 Hi, Last Friday we (creative sharepoint) started our Migration from on-prem exchange 2010 to Office 365. We only got as far as creating cloud accounts for everyone and changing our domain into a managed domain. After people changed their passwords on office 365 (from domain passwords to office 365) some people had issues (they had changed their domain passwords to match their more secure office 365 passwords), in which their domain account would be locked out on restart, or just randomly every few minutes. The only thing I could think of doing was to change their domain account password back to what they had it before changing. Is their anything anyone can tell me that might cause this issue? As I have tried getting everyone to remove all old credentials from credential manager, but some people are still experiencing this on start up, while others have their accounts locking every few minutes.
