The box came with 32 and 64 bit, though the box contained an activation restriction label: Middle East and Africa. I activated the Windows there and used it for more than 18 months. Furthermore, when I purchased it, I didn't think of coming to Canada. However, after coming to Canada, I had to reformat my computer. But for strange reasons, I wasn't able to activate my already activated Windows, as it said this product Key has been blocked due to regional restrictions. Does that mean the amount I spent on the purchase has gone with the wind? Is there any solution to this? Could anyone please help? Thank you in advance.
