Outgoing email keeps getting rejected Server Error # 0x800CCC779, Server Response 550 (invalid addre

I sent 4 emails to people I know and 3 got sent but not the fourth. I had an attachment (YouTube video). The error message read:

 

Rejected email was '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***, Subject: 'Chirichaua trip, Account: pop.west.cox.net Server: smtp.west.cox.net, Protocol SMTP Server response '550 5.5.0, invalid address, Port 25 Secure (SSL) No, Server

Error #0x800CCC79

 

2 out of 3 tasks completed

 

I am not a technical type person (at all) and hope your answer tells me exactly how to fix this. Thank you!!!
