Windows goes straight into Startup Repair on bootup. How do I fix the problem short of wiping out

I've run Startup Repair over 10x. Each time it takes less and less time to report that it can't repair the problem.

Thankfully I was able to confirm that my data, including installed applications like Office 2010 and Adobe CS5 are still intact.

Here are the problem codes that Startup Repair reports. How do I fix this so I don't have to wipe out my HD and re-install everything from scratch?
