problem when xp upload my desktop druing start

i have win xp profesional on my pc, with all updates on. when i have started

my pc, after insert my password 4 login, don't appear my personal desktop,

but pc remain on "blu screen".. if i push esc, pc upload my personal desktop.

i have find more information on administrator event without successful.

anyone can help me to solve thi problem?
