Posted March 11, 201311 yr FPCH Admin We started to deploy W8 on our Institution, however we can't install .Net Framework 3.5. We've succesfully installed Framework 3.5 on W8 Professional, but not on W8 Enterprise. We've tried all troubleshoot methods in "Error codes when you try to install the .NET Framework 3.5 in Windows 8 or in Windows Server 2012 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2734782", and the method in here "Installing the .NET Framework 3.5 on Windows 8 http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh506443.aspx" with no luck. Here are the part of the dism log that we found important. 2013-03-11 11:43:54, Error DISM DISM Package Manager: PID=2792 TID=3960 Failed finalizing changes. - CDISMPackageManager::Internal_Finalize(hr:0x800f081f) 2013-03-11 11:43:54, Error DISM DISM Package Manager: PID=2792 TID=3960 The source files could not be found their location must be specified using the /source option to restore the feature. - GetCbsErrorMsg 2013-03-11 11:43:54, Error DISM DISM Package Manager: PID=2792 TID=3960 Failed processing package changes with session options - CDISMPackageManager::ProcessChangesWithOptions(hr:0x800f081f) 2013-03-11 11:43:54, Error DISM DISM Package Manager: PID=2792 TID=3960 Failed ProcessChanges. - CPackageManagerCLIHandler::Private_ProcessFeatureChange(hr:0x800f081f) 2013-03-11 11:43:54, Error DISM DISM Package Manager: PID=2792 TID=3960 Failed while processing command enable-feature. - CPackageManagerCLIHandler::ExecuteCmdLine(hr:0x800f081f) Here are the part of the cbslog that we found important. 2013-03-11 11:43:54, Error CBS Failed to process single phase execution. Just don't know what else to do, this is all that Google have to resolve this problem. Thanks, David View this thread Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest
