Trying to install Windows Features in Windows 8, receive Error code: 0x80073701

I've tried running:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

and

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Retorehealth

to no avail. What else I can try?
