Reset disconnected sessions only if particular process not present- script maybe?

Hi,

 

Anyone know if it's possible to reset disconnected sessions conditional

on whether a particular process is running in that session?

 

For example IF the session is disconnected AND process THUNDERBIRD.EXE

is not running THEN reset the session.
