since installing Windows Vista updated on Feb 13, 2013 windows shut off many times every day and res

In the morning, I start the computer and a message says that windows could not start and give me the option to start the windows normaly.

I do that and the system is active for same time.

Than the system shut off and restarts automatically. I enter the password and the computer seems to be O.K. for some time.

It happened also few minutes ago.

This problem started after 9 windows vista updates where installed on Feb. 13, 2013.

I use this computer for my work and many times in the middle of entering data, the system crashes.

Please help me A.S.A.P. because this is the only computer I can use.
