I have a Compaq Pasario PC

Running Vista Home Premium service pack2

IE 10

I keep freezeing up the message is windowsmodularinstallerfailureWcpother3 it has been to long to run a restore and I have read and tried just about every fix on this site.sfc scannow will not repair. Fix-it will not help at all.. I'm ready to take it into

the country and tnt it.

please help with a fix that will work.
