I have had a strange issue starting about 4-5 days ago. My system will restart while swapping windows with alt+tab or if i go from one monitor to the other.I have run several stress tests on the hardware to rule out hardware failure (everything came back with flying colors) swapped my new ssd (had it up and running for about a month) with an old HDD and the problem was repeatable. I have updated all the drivers

for the video card (470GTX) and stress tested the hard and power supply to make sure that that was not the issue. Kept both under load for about an hour with no issues. I have even killed the second monitor and run only one and can still make the system reboot

by hitting alt+tab. As long as I dont alt+tab or swap windows I dont encounter the error. I have checked the system logs and nothing is popping up, i get a critical from the restart stating that windows was not shutdown properly but I dont get any other errors within the time

frame of the error +/- 2-3min.AVG and my other malware software is up to date and I have had no new installs but a few windows updates. I have checked the temps of the system, they seem to be in normal operation and don't spike to high to cause a shutdown.

I am quite stumped on the fix, I have looked through the forms and for answers and the only one that fixed the same problem said he copied the explorer.exe file to the sys32 folder. I tried this as well and it didn't fix the issue for me.

Anyone have any ideas? Or if you need any info or dxdiag files just let me know.
