Posted February 27, 201311 yr FPCH Admin I have a new Samsung notebook using windows 7 and IE ver 9. I use yahoo for my regular emails but have only recently found that I am not able to use email when at an individual business on the www or in windows live photo gallery or in the cybercam program that came preinstalled with the pc. An error message pops up " there is no email program associated to perform the requested action. Please install an email program or create an association in the default program control panal. I have contacted Samsung. They insist that I install outlook express. But it is not availabe for windows ver. 7. Have also downloaded and reinstalled IE ver. 9. Can any one help?
