My internet explorer browser pages up and down automatically and word or excel file also.

When I want to work on my ms office XP excel file worksheet scrolls automatiacally ALSO WHEN I AM TYPING THIS THIS PAGE UP &amp DOWN HAPPENING.RANDOMLY.
