KB2792100 is installing over and over again, Server 2003 SP2

Have seen the same issue on here for this update on Windows XP, hopefully Server 2003 is similar enough that the fault finding suggestions are appropriate in my case too.

The issue is as follows: The update shows as being needed via Windows Update, I install it, it doesn't error. Repeat.

 

I've tried it with the McAfee antivirus uninstalled, no change.
