How do I upgrade from Vista toWindows 7

HiI have just purchased an authorisedcopy ofWindows 7It tells me on the instructions to type 'WindowsAnytime Upgrade' in the search box (all OK)Then states that I should click on Enter An Upgrade key.This option does not come upWhere do I go from here so I can input product key and start download?Thanks for any help
