Where can a find a download of .NET Framework version 2?

I have a problem with a particular website.

 

When I send a dump to microsoft, it offers to run a troubleshooter program

 

When I start the program, it says that it needs to update .net framework version 2 in order to run.

 

I have .net framework verion 1 on the computer.

 

I cannot find a version 2 on the microsoft download site.

 

Can you help?
