Here is the scenario. Deployed Windows 8 Professional, 64 bit. Yes, RTM. Yes, build 9200. Yes this is available since August 16. Yes Windows is activated. Works great!

Now obviously I need RSAT tools to manage all aspects of infrastructure - AD, DHCP, DNS, CA, etc. So I need RSAT tools. Checked Internet and quickly found that RSAT is not RTM yet - Preview can be installed using some workaround described here:

http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w8itprogeneral/thread/6d8745e0-c4c1-463a-b4bb-09f6c9c22527

Ok, no problem. Used this workaround, 5 minutes and RSAT is installed and working. But cannot find one component: Remote Desktops. Not Remote Desktop Connection (MSTSC.EXE) but &quotRemote Desktops.msc&quot which is MMC console where you can add multiple servers

and switch between them with one mouse click. I need this to manage all my servers.

So the obvious question is: where is this MMC snap-in? Is it going to be included in the RTM version of RSAT for Windows 8?

Some shocking news: just installed Windows Server 2012 RTM (yes, it has been released too!) and Remote Desktops is not even listed there.

If you have any info - please let me know! Without Remote Desktop life will become hell!
