Extremely frustrated here and don't really know all this technical stuff.

I have not been able to do any updates, now totaling 9! They are as follows:

KB2789642 - Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008 x86

KB2760416 - Security Update for Microsoft Office 2007 suites

KB2760574 - Security Update for Office 2003

KB2760497 - Security Update for Word 2003

KB2742595 - Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008 x86

KB2697499 - Security Update for Microsoft Office suites

KB2767887 - Update for Outlook 2003 Junk E-Mail Filter

KB2736428 - Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008 x86

KB2726929 - Security Update for Office 2003

I have tried everything I know of. I done the Fix It, various repairs that were suggested by MS and can't get anything to update. When I ran the Fix It and updates didn't install the program had me do a diagnostic repair. That failed and just had me send

it all on to MS.

Through the entire process of trying to fix it all I get the same error message over and over again - msiexec.exe and all it wants me to do is send it on to MS.

Last year I had problems with the .NET Framework (can't remember which one) but it was so bad that I finally paid an MS tech $99 to repair it. It took him 2 days with him having control of my computer. After that fix it updated a few times and since then

nothing will update and more and more updates are piling up.

I'm totally frustrated and have no idea which way to turn. I was going to have a tech do this again for me but now MS wants $259 before you can even chat with them!!!! That is outrageous!!!

I am running Norton 360 Premium Edition as my anti-virus program. Have never had any other anti-virus programs installed on this computer.

HELP ME PLEASE!
