Posted February 17, 201311 yr FPCH Admin When it gets to "gathering information about your computer, it states "unable to download troubleshooters, please check your internet connection". Checked...was online. Have tried like 5 different times to get it going with no luck. I had it on my computer before I cleaned disk and defragged because of problems I was having with the troubleshooters. Then I removed the program and am trying to install it again from the Microsoft site. I am totall computer illiterate and have, obviously, been listening to someone who knows less that I.
