When I try to update my computer, the updates install, but fail to configure. I have trouble-shooted

When I get my automatic updates, I always restart my computer when prompted. It says that they install, but then during the configuration process, the updates fail and my computer has to "revert changes". It's been about 2 months since an update has installed

successfully. I always get the error code "800F0826" Some updates that fail include:

 

-Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2779562)

-Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2778344)

-Update for Kernel-Mode Driver Framework version 1.11 for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2685811)

-Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 for x64-based Systems (KB2742599)

-Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 9 for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2792100)

 

and many many more. Please help, I'm getting very frustrated!
