Posted February 13, 201311 yr FPCH Admin I have tried to install this Important Update. Action Center reports that i need to turn on MSE. MSE is on. The update repeatedly fails to install. I don't understand if this update is important or a make believe update that does not exist. Problem since 06:30 am, February 13, 2013. Windows 7 Home Premium.
