I was referred to your division from someone at the Hotmail Forum as we don't seem to be able to fix the issue. Often, when I access a website (such as a Starbucks, for example )store and need to ask a question or have reason to use their own format for

my request or an order, I will type the data appropriate and click &quotsend&quot and immediately see &quoterror on page&quot and the message cannot be transmitted. This does not occur when I send messages directly from my Outlook account but nearly 100% when required to

contact an entity on their own page and send from that web page.
