Posted February 10, 201311 yr FPCH Admin I've downloaded 4 Windows updates and when I try to install them, I get one message that says, Some updates were not installedFailed: 4 updateserror(s) found:Code 643 Windows Update encountered an unkown error. Get help with this errorCode 648 Windows Update encountered an unknown error. Get help with this errorI click on the get help link and there is no code 643 or code 648. Can anyone help me with this? I clicked on view updates, and found that there have been quite a few updates that failed to install, all with these same error codes.All help is more than appreciated.
