I downloaded and ran the MGADiag and have the report Shown below, any help would be appreciated very much! Oh by the way, as you can see SP1 is not installed, that is what started all this, I tried to allow Windows update to take care of it for me but when I clicked on "Check for Updates" it reported the wuauserv was not running, so I would go look and yes it was!
