Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit error 7023 with code 1066

I have dug all over the place and not been able to resolve the issue. I downloaded and ran the MGADiag and have the report Shown below, any help would be appreciated very much! Oh by the way, as you can see SP1 is not installed, that is what started all
