Question regarding Outlook 2013:

 

So I recently upgraded to Exchange 2010 from 2003. Virtually all user mailboxes are sitting on an exchange 2010 box post migration from 2003 SP1. I'm running 2013 outlook on my person computer, testing it. I wanted to add some users view some user mailboxes

from my client. Went to File > Account Settings > Clicked Change on the account > More Settings > Advanced Tab > Added user (Exchange 2010 mailbox) clicked OK then Next and Finish. Went to view mail and I get this error:

The Set of Folders cannot be opened. Your microsoft exchange administrator has blocked the version of Outlook that you are using.

So, I went into Management console and did a Get-RpcClientAccess -Server (Server Name) and it shows nothing under BlockedClientVersions. So nothing is blocked there.

I also gave my user account full access to the other mailbox in question, so there's no permission issues here.

I have also successfully done this from an Outlook 2010 client. So was this function done away with in Office/exchange 2013? That's not good if this function gone.

Anyone have any ideas?
