Posted February 2, 201311 yr FPCH Admin I had Security Essentials running on my computer but somehow or other it was wiped out of my computer. I then installed my service providers security package with Norton. Had to uninstall that as it was practically taking over my computer. I just dowloaded Security Essentials again and it notified me that my Windows Firewall was not on and that I should check to make sure it was on. I did just that through my Control Panel and I keep getting message that "due to unidentifiied problem Windows cannot display Windows Firewall settings. I am afraid it is not running. Any ideas?
