Posted February 4, 201311 yr FPCH Admin I have a photo program. The program is missing services pack 3. I go down and load 7 it loads some times. It works for a while. This used to down load photos from camera. It worked fine in windows 7 and XP. I"m sure there other that need it. . It loads some times . Could you set up a program.
