I have an error code 80070103 while installing a Windows Update. How do I deal with this?

The update relates to an Intel Storage controller for my desktop HP model h8-1121. I have an Intel core i7-2600CPU @3.4 GHZ. OS is 64-bit.

RAM is 8.00 GB.
