Posted January 31, 201311 yr FPCH Admin I need to reformat my C: drive because my old computer has too much garbage. However, when I click on the File menu or the Edit menu an uninstalled program that was't completely uninstalled keeps appearing to install something. I need to go into other areas on the computer to remove this uninstalled program. Obviously there are bits and pieces of it still in the program file.
