Unable to connect to internet after Windows 7 update

Hi,

I had problem connecting to internet after my windows update. The problem seems to go away after I delete the update files

Unfortunately, the problem comes back again. I will have to restart my computer a few times before I can get the connection to the internet.

Please help.

My computer operating sys is Windows 7 Professional, Service Pack 1 and listed below are all updated installed since Dec 11, 2012.
