Posted February 1, 201311 yr FPCH Admin Hi I am trying to install the new office 2013 onto my brand new laptop. The file has downloaded but I can not get it to run and install error message cannot find file, please check you have typed in the correct file name then after that I get file not installed, please check your internet connection and/or the file size maybe too large please check your hard drive and retry installation. The internet connection is fine and this is the first thing I am putting onto the laptop apart from Norton. Help would be very appreciated. Thanks View this thread Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest
