Any time I try to upgrage from Office 2010 to Office 2013 I get the following message

We are

sorry, but we

are unable to complete your request.

The following problem(s) exist:

  • If you think you have received this message in error, contact a Microsoft Customer Support representative

 

I put the right product number, I type the right message in the small boxes to see if I am genuine. I still am not

 

allowed to upgrade. Thank you and kind regards.
