Posted January 29, 201311 yr FPCH Admin I am really frustrated right now... My new HP Pavilion g6 laptop starting updating windows 8 this morning around 10 am eastern time. It was stuck at 15% and 16% for long periods of time but eventually got to 30%. After that, the progress disappeared and now I have a blank screen with a cursor and the loading icon spinning on the left of the screen. There is no progress to be seen, but the loading icon is still spinning, and has been spinning for hours. Is this normal? What's going on? View this thread Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest
