Posted January 27, 201311 yr FPCH Admin The security update KB2686509 will not install and the Microsoft "Fix it" program does not work for it. I don't understand all of this faulty keyboard jargon. Do I need to contact someone in tech support and will they charge me? Is there a way to simply ignore this update and tell Microsoft to stop trying to install it?
