Posted January 27, 201311 yr FPCH Admin I tried to update my Nokia Lumia 900 using the latest version of Zuno. It goes through the entire installation, and at the end I am informed that 'Update Failed, error code 801812C0'. sometime in the update (step 7), the arrow signifying download mode is in a red circle and crossed over. I tried restoring my phone to a previous version. Sometime during the restoration the red circle appears again. If the phone is disconnected from the computer it shows, on the screen of the phone, a laptop and a phone connected by a cable, but without the arrow (Download mode?).
