Posted January 24, 201311 yr FPCH Admin On shutdown, desktop images flash at a very high speed. A window then pops up saying I must shut down a program that is running. I hit the OK button, and another window pops up asking if I am sure I want to end the program. hit yes, and shutdown happens. It just started doing this.
