Posted January 24, 201311 yr FPCH Admin Bought the unit in December 2012. The screen becomes irresponsive whenever I perform a Window update. And when this happen I will have to do a complete reset back to original factory setting. In the past two months, I have been to Lenovo service center three times and they do not have a solution for it yet. The backup service of Lenono in Singapore really sucks.
