When I double click the install file I only get this error:

Couldn't Install

We're sorry, we can't continue because we weren't able to download a required file. Please make sure you're connected to the internet or connect to a different network, then try again.

 

I'm running Windows 8 without any third party firewalls. I tried disabling Windows Firewall and trying the install again, but I'm not having any luck. I also checked Event Viewer for some sort of helpful error, but I got nothing. This happens on my PC and

my wife's PC.
