Posted January 21, 201311 yr FPCH Admin I purchased Windows 7 Professional and on the actual disc it states that it "Includes Windows Anytime Upgrade" yet when I try to enter the Product Key the response from the website is invalid key!!!! First my computer locked my keyboard out, I thought it was just the wireless one with flat batteries, and I tried everything. Not even an old 101 keyboard would function on my system - so I reloaded a clean install of Windows 7 and started getting update errors. Two days later and I am still trying to reload it having checked proxy settings, firewall components, runnint anti-malware rootkits, running troubleshooters that don't work (but claim to have resolved the problems) etcetera.
