Posted January 20, 201311 yr FPCH Admin At first I received an error code 80070002 and I checked for a possible answer here on support, received a detailed process from stopping updates and deleting temporary files to restarting updates....did it all but when I do updates again the KB2310138 update has downloaded but it will not install.
