Posted January 19, 201311 yr FPCH Admin My parent's computer has the Snap Do virus. I just uninstalled their Norton and installed MSE and ran the first scan, but it did not detect anything. What is my next step to removing this virus and any other problems that may be associated with it. I understand that it can open a hole through which hackers can gain access to their computer.
