Posted January 17, 201311 yr FPCH Admin Ive had to reinstall windows on my laptop (it came preinstalled on the laptop when bought) due to problems which are now fixed, but i get a message saying my windows is not genuine? and i get a black background, before i reinstalled windows i found the windows code that was used to install it before and used it to install windows again. i dont get why im having these problems with something ive already paid for. its not installing security updates either. its asking me to get a genuine code? but the codes only been used with this laptop so it should still work. i shouldnt have to buy a new code and im not going to either.
