This error shows up when the cust starts Siebel app on the Windows 2003 sp1

server:

 

Description:

The Siebel Server (SiebPR7_SIEBRSPR!) service terminated with the

service-specific 2000026 (0x1E849A)

 

Any suggestions would help greatly..
