Updates KB973688 and KB954430 keeps failing, error code 643

I try to update the updates KB973688 and KB954430, they keep failing. I don't know why, but I tried to run Fix It, twice, it said it fixed the problem, it did not. The error code is 643. All other updates install, it is just these two updates.I have tried the stand-alone installs, and return an error like this:Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writableThis is weird. I have never gotten this error with an update before. I don't know what to do. I was running AVG and MalwareBytes at the same time, to cut the time of the scans in half.I get no messages from AVG saying it is a threat, nor is it blocking it from running.

My laptop is about almost a month old, Windows is not fresh, I have other programs on it.
