Hi. I downloaded, installed, and configured the 120-day evaluation copy of WHS. Purchased a copy from Microsoft. Tried to enter the authentication code, and it simply fails. I call in on the phone, and that operation fails. What's up? (I've tried multiple times, for several days. The computer is connected to the Internet, has connectivity, yet when I click the link on the activation page to go to the online site, it takes me to a page that doesn't exist (that is, it's a broken link).I'm sure the copy I have on the computer is a little more recent than the copy I got from Microsoft (later SPs and stuff). Any suggestions? Is there a human I can talk with on the phone about this?I really don't want to have to start all over with the installation DVD, although I guess I can if I have to...-- Ken
