Windows 8 random explorer.exe crash and restart

Hi,

I just installed windows 8 and I am experiencing some weird problem,

the explorer keeps crashing and restarting randomly with no specific reason and most of the time it happens when I'm surfing through my folders.

I don't have WinDbg installed would someone please tell what is causing the problem?
