Posted January 6, 201311 yr FPCH Admin I purchased Microsoft Security Essentials with lifetime support, a couple of months ago. I don't know where product key is and I keep getting Ox80070424 error code about no network connection, however, I am connected to the internet. I can't get updates for security or for Windows.
