metro "pictures" application now showing proper pictures

I'm having trouble getting my wifes laptop to display the proper &quotpictures&quot using the metro &quotpictures&quot application. Let me explain our setup.

I have a desktop (my machine) with a dedicated media drive that holds all of our documents, pictures, videos, and music. On my machine I simply included those directories under the various &quotproperty&quot dialogs as additional &quotlibrary locations&quot.

So on my machine when I pull up the pictures application it shows them just fine.

Next, I shared those same media directories with everyone on the network so she could easily see them using explorer. Once she was given access I did the same thing on her laptop, included those shared folders under the various &quotproperty&quot dialogs as

additional &quotlibrary locations&quot. Whenever she pulls up her documents or pictures in explorer she can see the extra &quotshared&quot locations just fine. The problem, however, is when she uses her metro style pictures application it doesn't seem to be including

pictures from those additional locations.

How can I get this to work so her pictures, documents, music, etc shows exactly the same way?
