My Sony Vaio running on Vista will not go in to sleep mode. Event ID 59.

I have already set the power options on both the OS and the Vaio Control centre for my current power plan.

The Event Viewer is telling me there is a Kernel-Power Event ID 59. How do I solve this and what does it mean?
